Shri K. Ramachandran has assumed the office of Executive Director of Allahabad Bank on 26th December, 2018. Shri K. Ramachandran is a Post Graduate in Science with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application. He joined Corporation Bank as Probationary Officer in May 1985 and had worked in Branches, Corporate Office and other Controlling Offices. He was part of the core team involved in the design, development and implementation of the total Branch Automation, Internet Banking and Mobile Banking application of Corporation Bank. As Asst. General Manager, Priority Sector he had implemented the voice enabled Point of Transaction, Hand Held Terminals used by Business Correspondents. Shri Ramachandran held independent charge of Alternate Channels, Credit Monitoring verticals and had headed Thane Zone of Corporation Bank. On elevation to General Manager Cadre, he was heading Chennai Circle of Corporation Bank from April 2016.
Sri P.R. Rajagopal has assumed the office of Executive Director of Allahabad Bank on 1st March,2019 . He is a commerce graduate and Bachelor in Law (BL). He started his career in Bank of India as an Officer in 1995 and became a Senior Manager in 2000. Seconded to Indian Banks' Association as Legal Adviser and was with IBA till 2004 till repatriation to Bank of India.He joined Union Bank of India in 2004 and elevated to the rank of General Manager in the Year 2016.
Shri Rajeev Ranjan is an lAS officer of 1989 Batch and has an experience of around 28 years. He has held various posts as Commissioner of Land Records, Bhopal, Director - Cabinet Secretariat etc.
At present Shri Rajeev Ranjan is posted as Joint Secretary in Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance. He has joined the Bank's Board as Government Nominee Director w .e.f. 17.08.2017
Shri Vivek Deep joined Reserve Bank of India as a Manager at RBI Kanpur in 1990. Thereafter, he worked at Patna, Central Office Mumbai and Bengaluru in different capacities. He has rich experience in areas dealing with Human Resources Management and Development, Banking Regulation and Financial Inclusion & Development, among others. On his promotion as Chief General Manager he moved back to RBI, Kanpur and at present he is working as Regional Director for the State of Utter Pradesh.
During his 27 years journey with Reserve Bank of India he has experience of working in different organisations on deputation including the Reserve Bank of Australia. He was also an Additional Director appointed by RBI on the Board of Lakshmi Vilas Bank. Shri Vivek Deep holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics with Honours from Patna University. He has also completed CAIIB and holds a Diploma in International Banking and Finance. Besides, he has attended numerous advance level Management and Functional Programmes in India and Abroad.
He has joined the Bank's Board as RBI Nominee Director w.e.f. 06.12.2016
Prof. Radha R. Sharma re-joined as Part-Time Non-Official Director of Allahabad Bank on 01st March, 2019 for a period of one year. She has been Part-Time Non-Official Director of the Bank for a period of 3 years from 28.01.2016 to 27.01.2019. Prof. Sharma is a Chair Professor at Management Development Institute, Gurgaon and has been ICCR Chair Professor at HHL Leipzig Graduate School of Management, Germany & visiting Professor to ESCP Europe (Torino), European Business School, Germany and Guest Professor to Leipzig University, Wittenberg Centre for Global Ethics, Humanistic Management Centre; University of St. Gallen, Switzerland among others. A recipient of four gold medals for academic excellence, several international and national academic awards and Dr. Sharma has Advanced Professional Certification in MBTI from Association of Personality Type, EI certification from EI Learning Systems (USA). She has received certification in participant-centered learning from Harvard Business School, USA among others. She has organized Management development programmes for Oriental Bank of Commerce, SEBI, and done training/consulting and research work for State Bank of India, Punjab National Bank, Union Bank of India, Apollo Munich Insurance, Berkadia, India, Life Insurance Corporation of India, Reserve Bank of India, among others.
Shri Sura has joined the Bank as Shareholder Director w.e.f. 22.03.2018.
Shri Sura has done his M.Tech from IIT, Kanpur.
He has special knowledge of Information Technology as applied to Financial Industry including Banks.
Shri Sahoo has joined the Bank as Shareholder Director w.e.f. 22.03.2018.
Shri Sahoo has done PhD along with LLB and MBA.
He is also a Chartered Accountant.
He worked as Central Statutory Auditor of Bank of India and Andhra Bank.
He is professor of Economics in IIM Calcutta since 2006. Prior to that he was associated with IIFT and ICRIER.
Shri Gautam Guha retired from Indian Audit & Accounts Service in January 2015 as Additional Deputy Comptroller & Auditor General. He also served as Financial Advisor to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
During his career, Shri Guha gained wide experience in many assignments both in India and abroad. An expert in Public Finance and Information Technology, he has experience both of audit and executive functions. He was deputed to United Nations, New York and to Food &Agriculture Organization, Rome, Italy. Shri Guha also served as a consultant in the National Audit Office, The Gambia.
He was the team leader recipient of Prime Minister’s Award for Excellence in Public Administration for the year 2006-2007 for his contribution to Information Technology Audit in the Indian Audit & Accounts Department. Shri Guha was the Government nominee in central council of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, National Advisory Committee on Accounting Standards and Quality Review Board - an independent oversight body appointed by Government of India to monitor quality of individual audit assignments. During his previous tenure as Part-time Non-Official Director he has attended programmes on (i) Business leaders’ forum on Cyber Security and (ii) Continuing dialogue on Risk Management for Banks, hosted by CAFRAL, Mumbai He has been re-nominated to the Bank’s Board as Part-time Non-Official Director w.e.f. 21.10.2019.
